Mokila House

Although the site was huge, the client was keen on reducing his building’s footprint to one quarter of the site. In order to retain good usable green space on the ground level, we brought the approach down to the basement and added an additional plinth level which could remain separate from the lawn space. Even though the house is a large 6500 sft. 5 BHK, the mentioned design intention allowed us to create a building that looked modest without compromising on any luxuries or amenities
